THIS adorable creature is a slow loris - but its cute looks mean it can suffer a slow, painful death.
Footage of the wide-eyed primates has had 14million hits on YouTube, encouraging cruel traders to sell them illegally as pets for up to £3,500.Babies are taken from their mothers in Indonesian rainforests and their teeth ripped out with pliers to make them "safe".
They have been spotted at markets in Jakarta - the nocturnal creatures stuffed into cages, where they curl up to try to escape the scorching sun.

Alan said: "Few survive. The tooth wounds don't heal, or get infected, and the poor thing dies a slow, painful death.
"Others succumb to malnutrition because owners are ignorant of the diet they need. These are wonderful animals that should be left alone."
