FOUR people were arrested for alleged child neglect after a boy fell to his death from a tower block window.
They include the mum of tragic Liam Shackleton, six.
Sheer drop ... window that Liam Shackleton fell from
He then squeezed out of a window of the eighth-floor property and fell 90ft to the ground.
Mum Tanya, 28, cradled his body, shouting: "He's not breathing," after daughter Tiffany, ten, alerted her.
Neighbour Jane Warden said: "I saw a black rag-like object fall quickly and then I heard a thud. The image of the lad is one I will never forget.
"He was on his back, with not a scratch on him and no blood. His little ankles were crossed over. His eyes were open and his mouth was open and his lips were deep blue."

Tributes ... toys at scene
It is thought Tanya, Liam and Tiffany moved to the one-bed flat of the lad's grandad Peter in Leeds.
Peter, 57, was also held along with Liam's uncle, 36, and a girl, 16. All were later released on police bail.
