Robert W. Zentz
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Robert Zentz has served as general counsel of Laureate Education since joining the company (then named Sylvan Learning Systems, Inc.) in 1998. He oversees all of Laureate’s legal affairs worldwide.
Prior to joining Laureate, Mr. Zentz was corporate practice director for Frank & Kraft, an Indianapolis law firm. Previously, he served as North American general counsel for A.C. Nielsen, Inc., the global marketing and media research company. He has also been general counsel for a company in the compensation and benefits industry and was with the tax practice of one of the then big eight accounting firms.
Mr. Zentz has a B.S. degree from Indiana University and a J.D. degree from Valparaiso University.
