Photoshop Blinking Light Animation

oday I am telling you about How to Create Photoshop Blinking Light Animation

[1]-First of all Open any image with the help of Ctrl+O as I did take following image

[2]-Now make the Duplicate Layer with the help of Ctrl+J & then press Ctrl+L & use the following settings

[3]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[4]-Now select Brush Tool & press F5 & use the following Brush & settings

[5]-Now Open New Layer-1 & select ‘f61f59′ color in forground & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen Tool’
right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[6]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then Ok

[7]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[8]-Now select Layer-1 & then go to Blending Options,select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[9]-Now Open New Layer-2 & then select ‘fff568′color in Forground & then create the following shape with the help of ‘Pen
Tool’ right click select ‘Stroke Path’

[10]-In Stroke Path select ‘Brush’ & then ok & your image should look like as shown below

[11]-Like this create the others

[12]-Now Open New Layer-3 & then create the following lights & use the ‘Outer Glow’ Options as used in step-8 & your image
should look like as shown below

[13]-Now Open New Layer-4 & then create the following lights & your image should look like as shown below

[14]-Now select Layer-4 & then go to Blending Options select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[15]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[15]-Now go to Window>Animation & then create the 5 Duplicate Frames with the help of 5 times, Click on following Button
which is indicating by Hand sign

[16]-Now select Frame-2 & then right click on Layer-3 & ‘Clear Layer Style’

[17]-Now select Layer-2 & then go to Blending Options,select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[18]-Now select Layer-1 & reduce the Opacity of this Layer

[19]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[20]-Now select Frame-3 & then select Layer-4,go to Blending Options with the help of click on following Button which
is indicating by Hand sign

[21]-Now select Color Overlay & use the following settings

[22]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[23]-Now select Frame-4 & then select Layer-4, Hide the “Color Overlay” Options with the help of remove the sign which is
indicating by hand sign

[24]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[25]-Now select Frame-5 & then select Layer-1,go to Blending Options,select Outer Glow & use the following settings

[26]-Now select Color Overlay & use the following settings

[27]-Now select Layer-4 & then go to Blending Options,select Color Overlay & use the following settings

[29]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[29]-Now select Frame-6 & then select Layer-2,go to Blending Options,select Color Overlay & use the following settings

[30]-Now select Layer-3 & then go to Blending Options,select Color Overlay & use the following settings

[31]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[32]-Now go to File>Save for Web & Device & save your image in ‘GIF’ format

[33]-Now use the following time settings of each frames & then Play the animation with the help of click on following
button which is indicating by Hand sign
