 Safaris, Trekking inside the park, Elephant joy ride are subject to permissions from the Karnataka Forest Department and the availability of the vehicles/naturalist/guides/elephants. Please note that we do not guarantee safaris, etc, which are primarily governed and controlled by the Karnataka Forest Department and subject to changes from time to time. We shall not be held responsible for last minute cancellation if the Forest Department cancels the same.

·                         Booking will be confirmed only on receipt of full payment in advance

·                         Bookings made without payment as mentioned above, will be held purely as tentative bookings and we may sell the same to any other client, without notice .The onus is on the client to keep track of the status of the tentative bookings.

· 100% of tariff for cancellation prior to two weeks before check-in date(Not inclusive of the check-in date)

 50% of tariff for cancellation less than two weeks and prior to two                   Working days before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)

No refund for  cancellation less than two working days before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)
