New Delhi, Jun 5 (PTI) After clearing Ramlila Maidan of Baba Ramdev's followers, police today tried to forcibly evict mediapersons covering the protest.However, police led by senior women officials could not succeed as media personnel resisted their attempts to evict them away from the site.As they beat a hasty retreat with cameramen of various television news channels capturing their action, police tried to disrupt the coverage by disconnecting power connection in the ground.No senior police personnel was willing to give their version regarding the incident.
