Student Counselors

Job Description:
  • In its simplest form it involves validation /verification of student details and his interest in a particular course and Institute. This is done via the telephone.
  • Counsel /Guide students in their quest for an appropriate course and/or appropriate institute.
  • To market, Education and employability related solutions that deliver value to both customer and Mingle box.
  • The Target group for tele-counselling would be Students (Parents) and education institutes.
  • Adhere to stipulated call norms on a daily basis.
  • Resolve customer complaints/issues by working with the customer service team or other departments. And to work in tandem with sales channels.
  • To continually monitor and research the market.
Eligibility:
  • Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of active tele-calling and/ or Student counselling experience. An exposure or awareness about student community, education industry, training, and coaching or internet industry would be a definite advantage.
  • Demonstrate Fluency in written and spoken English and ability to converse with majority of Indian students.
  • Must be proficient in use of MS Word, MS Excel and Internet.
  • Must espouse High levels of ethics and personal values..
