The host of ‘the Citi Breakfast Show’ Bernardino Koku Avle on Saturday 7th May 2011 tied the nupital knot with long-time sweetheart, Justine Elorm Aku Senuvie.
The wedding ceremony took place at the Reverend Lartey Adotey Memorial Apostolic Church – Adabraka and was officiated by Rev Apostle John Annan Adotey.
The high profile wedding attracted people from all walks of life such as top government officials, members of the largest opposition party (NPP), other political parties, business executives, lawyers and colleague journalists.
Delivering the sermon at the ceremony, Reverend Stephen Wengham, resident Pastor of Citi FM admonished the newly wedded couple to be steadfast in God and to be faithful, submissive and loyal to each other.
Bernard Koku Avle joined Citi FM in 2004 and rose through the ranks to become the Operations Manager of Citi FM, a position held since 2009 and host of arguably the most interactive morning show in the country.
