An Anti terrorism court (ATC) issued contempt of court notice to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Director General Malik Iqbal for transferring investigation officer in the Benazir Bhuttto murder case. The hearing was conducted in the Adiala Jail here on Saturday. The special judge expressed annoyance over the replacement of investigation officer Shuja Naveed by Khalid Rasool. He asked why the officer has been changed at the time when he was to submit compliance report over the arrest warrants for former military ruler Pervez Musharraf. The investigation officer of the Benazir assassination case has been changed for fourth time since the ATC started hearing into the murder of the former prime minister.
